Quiksilver

 If you read my post titled Roxy you know that lucky little me will be doing an internship with Roxy Events this summer. If you haven't read the Roxy post yet, do it. When you're done come back and read this one! I'll wait right here....


Oh, you're back just in time! So here's the scoop on this post. In the other post I made you a little board of my 8 favorite current Roxy items. So for this post I am hookin' you up with my ten favorite Quiksilver women's items! There was so much good stuff it was hard to choose but I picked the items I see myself rockin' this summer. As you may have learned from reading the other post Roxy is the sister brand to Quiksilver, they are both under the same Quiksilver Inc umbrella. Quiksilver first began in the early 1970's as a brand that carried only men's board shorts. It later developed into what is now a multi-category lifestyle brand carrying not only the board shorts, but surf, snow and skate gear as well as clothing and accessories. And better yet for us ladies they now have a Quiksilver women's department and the QSW collection. The style is a little bit more somber then the bright colors you can find in the Roxy brand. It's a bit more sophisticated and classy while still being comfortable and cool.

So without further ado I'll tell you a little bit more about why I can't wait to have these items as my own. If you like anything you see you can pick it up here at Quiksilver.com.

1. Bonfire Poncho - Numero uno is possibly my most favorite Quiksilver item right now! I want it immediately. I've never really been one for a poncho but there is something super cool about this one...possibly the cocoon style hood? Or the fact that it kind of looks like a big over-sized sweatshirt which is my guilty pleasure item. I love curling up into a big comfy sweater on a lazy day, but that's partly because I am always cold and because I'm from Wisconsin where we spend the majority of the year bundled up in layers.
2. Signature Tank - It's always a good idea to have a couple of these tanks around. Good thing there are a couple different colors to choose from. This pink color and the sea foam green that color you can find online are my favorite for this summer.
3. Marching Band Shorts - I just love that these shorts have such cute detailing that you can wear a basic top and go easy on the accessories while still looking stylish.
4. Sea Stripe Tunic - I love this little striped tunic dress. I'll def be styling it with a woven skinny waist belt and a pair of brown wedges.
5. Bonfire Blazer -This will be perfect for a day at work. Casual while still getting down to business.
6. Kimono Blouse - This blouse is cute and girly and will go perfect with a number of things I already have in my closet.
7. Boyfriend Beachy Chino Pants - The olive color of these cargo pants is the best part about them, I'll dress them up with a pair of wedges and bold accessories.
8. Sunnie Dress - I can just imagine me in this dressing boppin' around on a day off.
9. QSW Just Friends Tank - I love the bold color of this tank.
10. The Runner Short -  How cute are these shorts! When I saw them I immediately knew I have to have them. They will def be my go to beach shorts.
